Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs your use of Ring Size – Ring Sizer App (the "Application"), developed by AppLobby (the "Service Provider"). The Application is offered as a free, ad-supported service with an optional premium subscription, and is provided "AS IS."

1. What the Application Does

Ring Size is a mobile utility that helps users estimate their ring size using on-screen measurement. Users can place an existing ring on the screen and match it to a sizing circle, or measure a finger using an on-screen guide. The Application also provides ring size charts and conversions between international standards (such as US, UK, EU, and JP). Screen calibration and all measurements are performed locally on the device. The Application does not use the camera, augmented reality, or any photo access.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

AppLobby does not collect, store, or have access to:

• Your name, email address, or any account credentials
• Camera images, photos, or augmented-reality scans (the Application does not request camera or photo permissions)
• Your ring measurements, sizing history, or saved sizes
• Precise GPS location or your device's contact list
• Any personally identifiable information tied to in-app activity

3. Data Collected Automatically by Third-Party Services

To operate and improve the Application, certain anonymized technical data may be collected by integrated third-party SDKs, including:

• Device model and operating system version
• Advertising identifiers (Apple's IDFA on iOS, where you consent, and the Android Advertising ID)
• Approximate geographic region (derived from IP address)
• Anonymized app usage events (e.g., session start, feature interactions)

This data is processed solely by the third-party providers described below and is not combined with any personally identifiable information by AppLobby.

4. Advertising – Google AdMob

The Application displays advertisements via Google AdMob on both iOS and Android. AdMob may use advertising identifiers and device signals to deliver contextual or interest-based advertising. On iOS, personalized advertising using the IDFA is shown only if you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt; you can change this anytime under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, you may opt out of personalized ads under Settings → Google → Ads. Removing ads is also possible through the premium subscription. For full details, refer to Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Analytics – Google Analytics for Firebase

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the Application and to improve its stability and performance. Firebase collects anonymized usage event data only. No data identifying individual users is associated with analytics reports.

6. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The Application offers an optional premium subscription (for example, to remove advertisements and unlock additional features). All payments are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. AppLobby does not receive or store your payment card details, billing address, or financial information. We may receive an anonymized purchase or subscription status from the store solely to unlock the features you have paid for. Your purchases are governed by the privacy policies of Apple and Google.

7. Local Storage

Your measurements, saved sizes, screen calibration, and app preferences are stored locally on your device. AppLobby has no access to this data and does not upload, transmit, or process it in any way. Uninstalling the Application removes this locally stored data.

8. Data Retention

AppLobby does not operate servers that store your measurements or personal data. Analytics and advertising data are retained by their respective third-party providers in accordance with their own policies.

9. Children's Privacy

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes their child has provided information through the Application, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to access or request deletion of personal data. Because AppLobby does not maintain a personal profile of you, most such data is held only by the third-party providers named above. You can control ad personalization through your device settings as described in Section 4, and you may contact us with any privacy request using the details at the end of this page.

11. Security

We implement reasonable technical safeguards to protect data processed within the Application. However, no digital system offers absolute security, and we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted over public internet connections.

12. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. We will notify users of material changes by revising the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Application after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Terms & Conditions

By downloading, installing, or using Ring Size – Ring Sizer App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use and uninstall the Application.

1. Description of the Service

Ring Size is a mobile utility application that helps users estimate ring sizes through on-screen measurement and provides reference size charts and conversions. The Application is an informational tool and does not sell, manufacture, or fit any jewelry.

2. Sizing Accuracy and Disclaimer

The measurements and size recommendations produced by the Application are approximations intended for general guidance. Their accuracy depends on factors including your device's screen size and resolution, the calibration you perform, and how carefully you use the on-screen tools. The Application cannot guarantee a perfect fit. You acknowledge that the Application is not a substitute for professional measurement, and that you are responsible for verifying your size before making any purchase.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Application for your personal, non-commercial purposes to estimate ring sizes and view sizing information. Any decision you make based on the Application's output is your own responsibility.

4. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal, and Cancellation

The Application may offer auto-renewing subscriptions. The following applies to all subscriptions:

• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription renews automatically, and your account is charged for the next period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies, not by AppLobby.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Calibrating the Application correctly and using the measurement tools as instructed
• Verifying any ring size with a qualified jeweler before purchasing
• Any decisions, purchases, or consequences arising from your use of the Application

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application
• Copy, modify, redistribute, or resell the Application or its content without written permission
• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
• Interfere with or disrupt the Application or the servers and networks connected to it

7. No Professional Advice

The Application provides sizing information for convenience only and does not constitute professional jewelry, medical, or fitting advice. For important or high-value purchases, always consult a professional jeweler.

8. Intellectual Property

The Application's interface, code, design, and assets are the intellectual property of AppLobby and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without written permission. All third-party trademarks referenced (such as ring sizing standards) remain the property of their respective owners.

9. License to Use

AppLobby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on your personal mobile device for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. Service Availability

AppLobby does not guarantee that the Application will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Features, including advertising and subscriptions, depend on third-party platforms (such as Apple, Google, and AdMob) and may change or become unavailable without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty regarding the accuracy of size measurements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppLobby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including any costs arising from purchasing an incorrectly sized ring or jewelry based on the Application's output.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AppLobby and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Application in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Modifications to the Service

AppLobby reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application or any of its features at any time without prior notice. Your license terminates automatically if you violate any provision of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service Provider operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable local legal procedures.
